Core Strength Health and Fitness wants to help people make positive changes in their health and fitness based upon their wants and needs. We want to empower people to reach their goals and help them in the journey to reach them and be the best the can be. Exercise should be enjoyable and never a punishment for your body because of unhealthy lifestyle choices. By doing our homework on clients we hope to be able to deliver appropriately tailored exercise programs that suit them. Danny Spinato is TAFE trained and attained all of his certificates from TAFE Regency Park.
Core Strength Health and Fitness offers group training and personal training with an emphasis on personal. The diploma in fitness gives us a broad scope of practice including; group fitness instructor, personal trainer, S.E.T. (Specialist Exercise Trainer), Pilates Instructor, older adult trainer, Danny Spinato has over 20 years experience in martial arts and also has a black belt first Dan in Chinese Boxing and black belt in Tae Kwon Do. We are proficient in postural screening tests and flexibility testing so as to be able to prescribe the best possible exercise for clients with chronic conditions.
Great group sessions not to intense & thoughtful of your abilities. Awesome for beginners & people with injuries but Daniel can push you hard when he knows u capable.

I always exercised on my own and motivation was a big factor and I found myself always saying tomorrow I will do it tomorrow but tomorrow never came. Since joining Daniels classes my confidence has gone through the roof and I’m enjoying myself. The thing I like about the group training is your not competing with each other but only with yourself and can work at the level your comfortable with and no one is judging you but they help motivate each other so you can the most out of yourself. I herniated a disc in my back and Daniel has been great with helping me to strengthen my core and back and adjusts the workout for me so I don’t hurt myself and always make sure I’m comfortable and not over doing it. Daniel is a great trainer and knows what he is talking about.

3 positive habits can change your health and your life; healthy/clean eating, dedication and commitment to change and regular structured training using a method that you enjoy. I have lost a further 10kg in just over 3 months since starting training with Core Strength Health and Fitness using a combination of boot camp group fitness and a personalised weight program at home. As a 33 year old mum of 2 small kids I know what its like to be busy, but if i can do it anyone can – why not give it a try. We are all a work in progress.
